Meridian, Idaho – (June 24, 2014) – Cindy Miller joins the United Dairymen of Idaho today as the new Senior Director of Consumer Confidence and Producer Relations. She will serve as a vital link between Idaho’s dairy farm families and the public, maintaining good relations, as well as building goodwill and trust.
“Cindy comes to us knowing the importance of the dairy industry,” noted Karianne Fallow, CEO of United Dairymen of Idaho. “Her experience and expertise in Marketing and Public Relations lends itself nicely to the success of Idaho’s dairy farmers.”
Before joining United Dairymen of Idaho, Miller spent a significant part of her nearly 20-year career in marketing and public relations for both private and public organizations. Miller is looking forward to her new role in the Idaho dairy industry. “Having been raised in Wisconsin, I’m familiar with dairy products and the dairy industry,” she says. “I have always heard about Idaho’s booming dairy industry and am looking forward to working in such a large dairy state and sharing the stories of the dairy farmers.”
Miller received a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has more than 20 years’ experience in both marketing and public relations for both private and public organizations.
Miller was raised in Wisconsin, routinely spending time on her Aunt and Uncle’s dairy farm and currently resides in Eagle, Idaho with her husband and three children.
