Greek Yogurt Deviled Eggs

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onion


Cut eggs in half lengthwise and pop yolks into a bowl. Stir in Greek yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper into yolks. Dish into egg whites and add chives and spring onion.
