Broccoli Supreme

Thanks to Elizabeth Quesnell Kohtz for submitting this great Thanksgiving side dish recipe. We gave it a nice dairy boost by substituting the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt!

Servings: 6 servings


  • 20 oz chopped broccoli
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste


 Defrost broccoli. In bowl mix soup, eggs, Greek yogurt and cheese. Add to broccoli and pour into a baking dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This is easily doubled to feed a crowd. Enjoy!
